Credit Cards are a service business like any other that have one purpose - making money. Unlike many other businesses however, credit card services have the ability to make a profit from your lack of money or debt. Credit card companies thrive on your debt and will employ many methods to maintain and increase your debt for their profit. I believe one of those methods is information fogging. My bank only provides monthly PDF statements and a current status which is woefully vague regarding when purchase are due to be paid and what amount will incur interest. I believe an information display system such as above could help individuals better understand and manage their current credit situation and better catch errors and fraud. It is not in a credit card companie's best interest to have you find a fraudulent charge.
